I met a couple of them and they were nice and informative when we asked questions. It's amazing how Tony senses what needs to be done. I, of course, had my list!! I didn't even have to show it to him because almost everything I had on the list, he had noticed too, and they were being taken care of. He really knows what he's doing and I'm sure you're glad you have him! I'm sorry I worried so much about things and bothered you. The brick still need some attention, but we agree with Tony that the ground is so wet now with Tom's watering the grass plus rain so that can wait.

"We have been in our new Benanzer home now for two months. We enjoy every aspect of it. We wanted to take a few moments to share some of our experiences with you. I sure hope you share this letter with all of your staff, because there is not one person who doesn't deserve to be graciously thanked.
We were so pleased with the entire building process from beginning to end. We feel as though we were treated with great respect by all Benanzer staff. Everyone listened to us, and were happy to help in any way they could. Elizabeth kept in close contact with us throughout the entire process, and that was greatly appreciated. It was nice to hear from her during each phase, so we knew what to expect.
Whenever we made stops at the house during working hours, each member of the crew was very kind and willing to discuss any concerns we had. They took time to talk to us and answer any questions we had. Many would even offer us their own cell number, and told us to call if we had any problems, or thought of anything else after they left. WOW! I couldn't believe how friendly everyone was, and willing to help us out with whatever we needed.
I felt as though Benanzer's were only working for us with the individulized attention we received, even though many houses were being built at that very same time. We never felt like we "came second" or had to wait until another project was finished before our concerns were address or work was completed at our home. Every crew member worked very hard, and was VERY professional. The site was very clean throughout the ENTIRE process.
I can tell that everyone at Benanzer takes pride in their work, and I would recommend them to anyone building a new home. You will be very satisfied."
