At Benanzer Built Homes, Inc., our first step is listening to what you have to say. We pride ourselves on making your satisfaction our number one priority. As part of our "customer first" policy, we take the time to sit down and ask what you want in a new home. Then, we will show you several blueprint ideas to fit your specific needs. However, your options do not stop there!
We can customize any of our current prints to better suit your needs, or feel free to bring along any plans that you may have. We will work with you to create your dream home. We have many lots available, or we would be glad to build on a lot that you already have. We're known for taking the headache and hassle out of home building.

Mission Statement
At Benanzer Built Homes, Inc., we stand behind our mission statement, "We will give our clients top quality homes on schedule, for a fair market price. And, we shall accomplish this through honesty and a team approach." What does this statement mean for you?
Clear Communication
Before the construction process begins, you will meet the men and women who will be turning your home from paper blueprints into a real three-dimensional custom home. We keep you updated each week by phone or fax. Our job site foreman carry mobile phones and pagers to answer your questions. Or contact our president, Chuck Benanzer directly.
Simplified Planning
Our material samples and color swatches are on hand and well organized, including everything from the roof to the carpet. With this method, you will actually see most of the materials that we use. And, you will have a clear picture of what your new home will look like. You can usually have your choices completed within two hours.
Quality Materials The largest portion of supplies and materials comes from the 84 Lumber Company. They provide us with the basic building materials such as 2X4's, trusses and plywood. And, they follow up with finishing supplies such as Pella windows, doors, shingles, shutters, cabinets, wood trim and many other necessities. We have built a great rapport with 84 Lumber Company, and they too stand behind our mission statement.
Hassle-free Building We will supply all of the necessary building and plumbing permits; we include your well and septic systems, a gravel driveway and concrete sidewalks and drive if your home is built within city limits. Upon completion, your home is turn-key. Your walls are painted, floor coverings are installed and central air, furnace and dishwasher are installed and serviced. We even have your home professionally cleaned before your big move.
